The Hobie EVOLVE Torq-Trac provides a dashboard for your Hobie EVOLVE motor on your smart phone. The bluetooth device connects in-line on the throttle cable and transmits information to a display on your smartphone. It will display your current speed, travel time and distance, battery remaining, and remaining time and range. The Torq-Trac will utilize your phone's GPS to display your current location as well as estimate your arrival time. The Torq-Trac should not be used for primary navigation or as a safety device. The smart phone app can be downloaded for free from the app store on your device; visit Torqeedo's website for a list of compatible devices. Does not include smart phone. ACK strongly recommends a waterproof cover for your phone if you are going to use Torq-Trac.
