Protecting gear in an outdoor storage trunk

I am not sure if this is the best place to ask this question- but I figured the kind folks here would have some insight. I live in a small apartment and have to keep a lot of my gear outside on my balcony in a Plano heavy duty storage trunk. It holds my camelbak bag, gloves, some hiking equipment (no electronics), and boxing gear. By keeping it outdoors will it degrade my gear Will putting a towel inside help Thank you! :) submitted by /u/Phildabeast16 [link] [comments]...

Surfboards made from plants and old recycled surfboards (TOFINO, BC, CANADA)

Review- Teva Sirra Women's sandals

I also made a video review if interested. https://www.youtube.com/watchv=Wb9_gjdH3sU I recently bought a pair of Teva Sirra Sandals, and I thought I'd share my thoughts. First off, I love them. Each sandal is over 130 g lighter than the Tirras that they replaced, and they look nicer, dry faster, and get fewer rock stuck in them (thanks to narrower straps). https://i.redd.it/fnsvilytj4e11.jpg So here are the pros: Light (for a sports sandal) Attractive - I can wear them to work (as a teacher...

DC Ply Snowboard - 984575dcwsp12zz-dc-snowboards by DC

Item description: This Hiking Snowboards product is by DC - DC took the same team-driven approach in building the women's Ply, and enlisted female riders Raewyn Reid and Kimmy Fasani to help develop women specific sizes and flex. Just like the men's version DC added a fun collage of graphics, but gave them a fun, playful and colorful twist for the ladies br / "It is really hard to find a women's snowboard with a cool graphic that will also perform the way you want it to. The Ply offers the best of both worlds." - Raewyn Reid Stratus Core: Vertically laminated 100% poplar wood core is powerful, lightweight, and maintains good pop, whether in the steeps, park or the streets. Flexalite Tip: 30% lighter than traditional construction and better flex. Reduced swing weight and the new flex is designed to give the rider more control on tricky presses Radius 2 Flat: The flat surfaces at the tip and tail of the board provide lift in powder to keep you floating in the deepest snow, while the radius blends in perfectly with the sidecut to create effortless transitions from edge to edge True Base: fast, durable and easy to maintain. Provides exceptionally fast base that doesn't require frequent tuning. 64.20 Bi-Ax: Two directions of glass fibers are woven tightly together for a forgiving and torsionally flexible ride without sacrificing strength and durability and giving you increased board control Structurn Base: Scientifically proven to be a faster base in all conditions. Just like the dimples of a golf ball break tension and make it fly farther, these small dimples in DC's base break water tension and allow your board to glide faster, turn easier and allow you to ride on Lock & Load Camber: New approach to 'traditional' camber. Camber throughout the midsection of the board, and then DC lengthened the traditional contact points of the board to create a flat, stable platform for locking on, and loading up the tail Flex: 6...
