Good Base Layer Options for a frugal girlfriend

So, I like to invest in good gear, my girl likes to spend as little money as possible. Hey guys! I'm looking for some advice on some new base and mid-layers, currently I have some standard synthetic base layers one from north face and one from under armour. For my mid-layers I only have the Patagonia r1 regulator fleece. For my outer layer I have the Arc'Teryx Beta AR (revised).
