Does anyone have any information on this REI jacket?

I've emailed REI about an unknown jacket that I received from my older brothers. The REI product specialist told me that it was the "REI Co-op Ultra Light Rain Jacket." Despite this jacket being completely beaten up by my older brothers, the only problem I have with it is the fabric on the inside starting to peel. Surprisingly, it still holds up to its name by being waterproof/windproof. I have researched and have come to dead ends every single time I look for images, videos, etc.,...

North Face Apex Flex GTX in Cold Weather?

I am going to Iceland soon, so it will be upper 40's with strong wind and rain. Does anyone have experience with the North Face Apex Flex GTX shell Does it require much of a mid layer I tried it on in the store and it is much heavier than my current waterproof (not so much wind proof) shell. I was wondering if it even needed a mid layer if it's upper 40's. submitted by /u/DrtyHudini [link] [comments]...

Should I replace my 2 y/o Chacos or try to get them repaired? Need them for a trip overseas in a month, donít want them to break while hiking.

Item description: This Hiking Skis product is by Nordica - The Nordica Ace Jr. is a great all mountain twin tip ski for little skiers that will rip up a groomer, and hit the park. The Partial Sidewall Construction has a cap construction in the tip and tail that increases the amount of forgiveness, and a vertical sidewall underfoot that increases the edge hold of the ski. Nordica's Energy Frame CA Core is the very same that is used in mellow adult skis, just fine tuned for smaller skiers to be able to bend and flex the ski with ease. A 74mm waist of the Ace Jr. is very easy for junior skiers to manage, but will also give them support for variable snow conditions to hone their skis both in the park and on the rest of the mountain. SIZES: 108 118 128 138 148 DIMENSIONS: 105-74-96 @ 128 RADIUS: 10m @ 128 CONSTRUCTION: Energy Frame CA Partial Sidewall... Learn More
