You won't believe how moist the turkey turns out and how good of gravy you can get from a turkey breast.
Enjoy! Debbie

Moist and Delicious Turkey Breast (Pressure Cooker)

8 Pound Turkey Breast, Bone-in
11/2 cups water
11/2 Teaspoon Chicken base
Salt, To Taste
Black pepper, To Taste
Sage, about 4 pinches
1 Small onion, chopped
2 celery stocks, no need to chop up
Oil

Brown breast on all sides in pressure cooker with some oil.
Season breast with salt, pepper and a few pinches of sage to taste.
Add to pressure cooker; onions, celery, water and chicken base.
Position the lid and lock in place.
Bring to high pressure and adjust the heat to stabilize the pressure.
Cook for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, let pressure go down on its own.
When pressure is down, remove lid.
Remove breast to a serving platter and tent with foil.
Remove celery and discard.
Remove as much fat as possible from the broth left in the pan, then make gravy.
