I threw this recipe together the other day and my family raved about the flavor and how tender and moist the steak was. I only marinade my steaks for 4 hours, so I would only imagine how it would taste if you marinated it even longer.

MELT IN YOUR MOUTH STEAK MARINADE                 
 

 
4 to 6 SIRLOIN STEAKS; Or Your Favorite.
4 teaspoon(s) BLACK PEPPER; Coarse Grind.
1/2 cup(s) LEA & PERRINS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE; New Thick Kind.
2 tablespoon(s) SPICY BROWN MUSTARD; Gludens.
1 tablespoon(s) BROWN SUGAR
1 teaspoon(s) SALT

Mix Lea & Perrins sauce, mustard, brown sugar, pepper and salt together.
Place steaks in marinade and marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Grill as usual.

I might make this just to use up that thick L & P I bought by mistake  Cheesy When did they start making this?, I asked myself as I went to use it for the first time, lol

I just noticed that they also make the thick kind with roasted garlic. This could be good in this marinade. BTW, my husband said this steak was still moist and tender warmed up the next day.

I bet this is good! I made a similar one once for steak using mustard and I was very surprised in how tasty it was!
