I threw this recipe together the other day and my family raved about the flavor and how tender and moist the steak was. I only marinade my steaks for 4 hours, so I would only imagine how it would taste if you marinated it even longer.
MELT IN YOUR MOUTH STEAK MARINADE
4 to 6 SIRLOIN STEAKS; Or Your Favorite.
4 teaspoon(s) BLACK PEPPER; Coarse Grind.
1/2 cup(s) LEA & PERRINS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE; New Thick Kind.
2 tablespoon(s) SPICY BROWN MUSTARD; Gludens.
1 tablespoon(s) BROWN SUGAR
1 teaspoon(s) SALT
Mix Lea & Perrins sauce, mustard, brown sugar, pepper and salt together.
Place steaks in marinade and marinate in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.
Grill as usual.
